Very good service overall. Shame that the nice young technician failed to don a face mask and observe minimum social distance in my house, which should have been mandatory from the start. The management should have made sure their engineers have the adequate PPE and observe the current safety regulations during this pandemic.

These guys are amazing! Rang them for a quote and within 20 minutes they were here and 2 minutes later the job was done! They are so easy to talk to and you can banter with them too, very respectful to my property and even cleaned up the mess that wasn't theirs! They will definitely be my first point of call should I need them again and I will recommend them to anyone should they need them. Thanks again you were fantastic!!

Needed some plumbing done on short notice and found Howards to be extremely accommodating, reliable and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and the engineer was very helpful and offered advise on where to place new radiators throughout the house. We will definitely use Howards again and recommend them highly.

Joe was great! We called him on a saturday, desperate for help with plumbing, and 2hours later he came to help us fix our kitchen sink. The issue was greater than he imagined, and we had to get a specialist to come, but Joe even helped us organize it. I will definitely be using HowardFacilities in the future, and i highly recommend Joe.

We were in trouble at the beginning of lockdown both WCs packed up. Howard fixed a number of things when we first moved in so we called them again. We needed two new cisterns and a macerator. It was a difficult time to get parts but determination and persistence won the day. There was no way they were going to leave us without service.
